With a Gross Development Value of Dh900 million (£200 million), ‘The Astera’ marks Aston Martin’s first real estate interior design venture in the Middle East. Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, this luxury development will feature a collection of high-end apartments and villas, blending Aston Martin’s signature craftsmanship with Dar Global’s vision for unparalleled luxury living.
